Complex multicore processors have disruptive effects on timing analysis and certification, as novel methods and tools are needed to support the challenge of analyzing them. The lack of multicore timing analysis (MTA) is one of the obstacles to the use of advanced software functions in critical domains.
MASTECS will offer automotive and avionics providers the first certification-ready timing analysis tool and service for critical systems, capable of handling the complexity of multicore, leading to reduced fatalities on the road, safer and cheaper air travel and decreased CO2 emissions of planes and cars.
